I WAS IMPRESSED!!! Rarely do I ever express enthusiasm for a automobile dealership due to the fact well, c'mon let's face it, generally dealerships are a pain inside the ass to deal with. Magic Toyota, even so, has far exceeded my expectations. The initial time I went there was for my Corolla complimentary oil change. The Service Department was fast and efficient and finished my car within the time frame promised. Granted, obtaining a routine oil change is not much of a test as to how very good or poor a dealership could be with regard to customer service, but it was my 1st impression and I was impressed.

I bought my AWESOME FJ Cruiser there about 6 months ago and found the entire experience to be amazing. I had known as them in advance and told them what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. When I showed-up, my new FJ was already detailed waiting for a test-drive! I hadn't told them I had a trade-in, to ensure that slowed the process down a bit, but I ended up getting $500 over Blue Book on my trade-in too. So, what can i say? I've bought a number of cars in my life both new and utilized and I thought Magic Toyota was excellent.
